About Us:

Together since 2015, Westbound pulls elements from different eras of rock music and mixes them with, powerful grooves, funk rhythms, and jazz harmonies through a straightforward Garage Rock approach. The boys met and formed the band while they were members of the Kent State University Marching Band. The band now resides in and operates from Akron.

Greg - Bass & Lead Vox - Canton-born, Akron-raised. Favorite bands include: Foo Fighters, Rush, Vulfpeck.

Kyle - Drums & Vox - Hails from Painesville. Favorite bands include: The Main Squeeze, Santana, Bad Company.

Dave - Guitar & Vox - Son of Warren. Favorite bands include: Sum 41, Led Zeppelin, Wolfmother.
